Our Onboarding Process

The following shows our onboarding process which is comprised of eight steps to sign up and get you started on your journey to exit your business.

  1. Review Website – Learn more about the Exit Architect®Academy and its many features and benefits.
  2. Customer Service – If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department at 516-266-2051.
  3. Go To The Academy – The third step in your onboarding process is to click on the SIGN UP NOW link above and become a registered member of the Exit Architect®Academy. Upon registration, you will receive more information about the curricula and courses in the Academy. You will also be able to view the different support programs that we offer. If you have not watched our introduction video, please WATCH IT NOW.
  4. Select Program – Once you have determined which of the support programs is right for you, please select and pay for that program.
  5. Meet Your Guide – You will be assigned a professional exit planning guide who will walk you through your first onboarding steps. This will include onboarding questionnaires and an interview.
  6. Customize Plan – Once your guide has determined your specific exit or transition objectives, they will create a customized training program for you and assign the appropriate classes for you to take. There are many classes and educational elements in the Academy, so it important to work with your guide to determine which content is right for you. Also don’t hesitate to ask you guide for information that may not be currently in the Academy. They may be able to help you and your feedback is important to identify areas where we can improve and enhance the content in the Academy.
  7. Start Your Journey – Your guide will schedule regular sessions, based on the specific program that you selected. If need additional support, please discuss this with your guide.
  8. Renew Membership – Once your initial program is completed, you can discuss your ongoing needs with your guide. They can help you construct an educational and support program that is right for you.
